On 5 and 6 May 2015, everything was about the irresistible subject of “chocolate” with us. With a workshop, we gave the participants an extensive insight into the chocolate world of the MONBANA brand. The MONBANA barista, Mr. Geoffroy Maubon enchanted the participants with the best sweet temptations in the area of hot and cold beverages and with chocolate in various compositions. However, for the participants, the aim was also to directly try out what they had learned for themselves, so that the workshop was wonderfully able to combine theory and practice. The workshop included various exciting programme points and was assessed extremely positively by the participants, which we were naturally very pleased about.
