Our fellow citizens are important to us. We would particularly like to support persons in need at the location of our company in Hamburg and the surrounding area. That is why we donate food to Hamburger Tafel e.V., which supplies around 10,000 persons in need in Hamburg each week, with the surplus production that our society generates. Before goods that are still edible spoil and need to be disposed of, the Hamburger Tafel passes them on to welfare institutions. These institutions are church kitchens, day centres, contact centres for addicts, AIDS and drug advisory centres, homeless shelters, women's shelters and children’s facilities.

For eight years now, we have been donating food to the Hamburger Tafel on a regular basis. In 2014, these were goods from our entire product range at least once per quarter. In future, we will also continue to support the work of Hamburger Tafel e.V.
